TERMS AND CONDITIONS

— Payment Options:

  • RETAINER STARTER FEE: 30% NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICE

  • STANDARD FEE: 30-60 BUSINESS DAYS — NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE APPLIED

  • RUSH FEE: 14-30 BUSINESS DAYS — ADDITIONAL $75

  • USE YOUR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS: NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE APPLIED

  • STOCK PHOTOS THAT WE PROVIDE: ADDITIONAL $25

If you choose to pay the starter fee also known as the retainer fee to get your project started, please keep in mind that it is only to start the design process. Once the design process is complete or it has been 7 days after first payment has been submitted (whichever comes first), you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance. This invoice is to be paid within 48 hours or an additional fee will be applied. Information and designs (ex: products, policy, banners etc.) WILL NOT be added to your website until full payment has been submitted.

Please keep in mind we require you to have high quality photos. If you don't have high quality photos we would suggest adding stock photos to your design or completely going for a text/product base only design. NO PHONE SELFIES/ LOW QUALITY PHOTOS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you're unsure if your photos are high quality images please email us at blissxcaa@gmail.com with your images before booking this service.
